The Cripps Hall Trust & Association look forward to welcoming you to the Cripps Hall Reunion Weekend 2025. This is your chance to catch up with alumni past and present, visit Cripps Hall and share your stories and experiences with all.
The weekend will include a formal reception and dinner on Saturday evening together with the Trust AGM on Sunday morning. Details are now available below for all the main events with bookings available for accommodation, tours and the main Reunion Dinner in the Cripps Hall Dining Room.
This year the Cripps Hall Trust will be subsidising tickets for all members of the Association with additional discounts for current Cripps Hall Residents and younger members under 30. Tickets must be booked before the end of April 2025.

Saturday 21st June 2025
| 2:45 p.m. | Optional tour of the University of Nottingham Manuscripts & Special Collections Department Archive on the King's Meadow Campus. Places for this are strictly limited and bookings will be required in advance - Click here to book now. |
| 3:00 p.m. | Optional mini-bus tour of the University of Nottingham campuses around the city. Click here to book now. |
| From 3:00 p.m. | Check in for those wishing to stay in Cripps Hall opens at Contact Point North located in the Hall opposite the former Porter's Lodge. Click here to book accommodation now. |
| 6:00 p.m. | Meet & Greet pre-dinner drinks reception with canapes sponsored by The Cripps Hall Trust. A chance to meet old friends and make new ones in the Cripps Hall Library. |
| 7:00 p.m. | The 2025 Reunion Dinner. Bookings are required in advance together with menu choices for this Formal Dinner (Black Tie). A fully stocked bar will be available for the purchase of drinks during the evening. Click here to book now. |
Sunday 21st June 2025
| 8:00 a.m. | "Early birds" tennis on the Hall courts at Cripps Hall Annex. Please indicate if you wish to play. |
| 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. | For those choosing to stay in Cripps Hall, a full English Breakfast will be available in the Dining Hall. |
| 10:00 a.m. | For those choosing to stay in Cripps Hall, check-out time for accomodation. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Cripps Hall Trust & Association AGM. All are cordially invited to join us for the annual AGM and a chance to find out more about the work of both the Cripps Hall Trust and Cripps Hall Association. The formal meeting will be followed by an open discussion about future projects and opportunities. |
